Power of Intention, The

It is a wonderful book that reveals the secrets of existence. One comes to know own deep truths and also learns step by step how to clear the clutter inside. Once the darkness dispels the path reveals itself. The narrative is lucid, intersting and powerful. One needs to stop, take pause, and connect self with the understanding of certain deep truths and then move forward to the next chapter. Great read indeed 👍

Worth reading

This is the first book I have read from Wayne Dyer. It came recommended by Oprah Winfrey. I must admit it was a pleasurable read. The style of writing is very casual and easy to digest. The book is moderately long. The first half is packed with spiritual teaching and in the second half he explains how this teaching can apply to your daily life. I must admit that the second half is kind of repetitive. Especially of you have a good gist of the ideas in the first half. I must admit in the beginning portion of the book I was a little thrown off with the concept of intention. It feels like the author could have expounded a little more in the introduction. I had to read the first chapter twice because I felt that I did not quite get the idea. That being said this is a very good read and has a kernel of spiritual teaching that is enlightening. There is something here that you can take away if you are a spiritual seeker. There are a lot of “aha!” moments here (Oprah Winfrey reference!) Especially in the first half (not so much in the second). This one gets a recommendation from me! Happy reading.

Best book I read so far...one thing I learn from this wonderful book that we have the power inside us in the form of GOD. We are always concerned about the outer world but in reality, the whole universe is inside us...then why to waste time for the outer things that actually doesn't mean anything. Loved this piece of writing

It clearly elaborates idea of Higher energy or God and our connection with it. It challenges our own traditional thought process. Gives clear picture of energy and vibration and How important it is on our daily life.

I had this book in my wish list since the past couple of years, I think. The title, the author and the cover had attracted me towards it though somehow I didn’t purchase it. I’m happy that the universe manifested this book for me at what I believe is a perfect time. Dr Wayne is an inspirational spiritual teacher. He has left his mortal body, but his work continues to inspire many like me to re-connect to the power of the spirit that is the source of all. Since the beginning of 2020, I have often had the blessing to hear his talks and conversations with people. Every content of his reflects wisdom, clarity, the profoundness of personal experience and intention of purpose to live a spiritual life. I misjudged this book to be a book on the law of attraction, but, it’s not just about manifesting your desires; the book has profoundly enriching philosophy and profound wisdom to live a good life. I’m so mellowed and positively charged getting the company of Dr Dyer through this book and his words. I did not plan on completing the book within a few days of starting it. However, the book had me hooked onto it, and I completed it a few sittings. The inherent theme of the book is the cultivation of faith and active connection to what we call the source of all- spirit. The book is a motivational document to rekindle the link to that from which we’ve emerged. Once you’re able to do that, manifestation is a piece of cake :) Recommended.

Since I started applying what I'd been learning through reading this book, I started seeing positive changes in my life. I feel safer, and somehow I look at everyone around me as a part of me, I look at them with love and kindness. I now have a deep sense of peace and calmness knowing with certainty that everything in my life will work out just fine and express a sincere gratitude for it. If you're someone who's experiencing some chaos in your life, applying what's been taught throughout this book will change your life. Towards the end of this book was Wayne Dyer famous quote, "Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at will change." I've experienced this fact for myself. And I thank Wayne Dyer for sharing his knowledge through this book.

Great book to read and reread for outstanding personal development! Life changing experience for me! Can’t say enough about it!
