- Violet Duo: Shampoo and Conditioner

I love Loma products, and this purple shampoo and conditioner is no exception. The smell is delicious, and it keeps the gray (so many of us decided we loved our pandemic-revealed silver streaks!) streaks in my hair silvery-white, soft, and subtly scented.

Yes, I know this isn’t cheap. Do I usually spend this much on shampoo and conditioner? No. Is it worth it? Yes. Let me explain. A year and a half ago I gave up hair color and went gray. I was very happy with my beautiful silver color. However, after several months of shampooing, hair drying, and flat ironing, my silver hair had turned flat and muddy looking. After investing in some good heat protectant, I bought some lower priced violet shampoo. It did nothing. So I bit the bullet and invested in the Loma shampoo and conditioner. Instant results! My hair was soft, smooth, smelled fresh, but more importantly was brighter and silver again! I would highly recommend!

This is a chemical free, vegan professional shampoo that softens gray hair and removes that funny gray color from other products. My hairdresser introduced it to me and it’s the best shampoo in the market. It leaves gray hair feeling youthful.

I just started using this shampoo and conditioner to brighten my natural gray hair on the recommendation of my hair stylist. It seems to be working well. The products are thick coming out of the bottles and have a luxurious feel. In a very bright light (such as from a projector) someone mentioned my hair had a lavender hue. Not sure I like that. However, I will continue to use these products because of the other positive effect on my hair.

I love the smell of this shampo and conditioner, and even better, I love how it makes my hair feel. It gives my grey and brown hair a nice shiny glow and leaves it managable and feeling great.

GREAT SHAMPOO. Loma Violet shampoo and conditioner tame down the brassy yellow of gray hair for me. It is also an excellent cleanser that rinses out well leaving hair ready for a touch of conditinner and styling.
