pleasant looking, functional bolts
Purchased as I wanted something in between little brass ones and heavier duty shed door types.Powder coated aluminium housing and latch, with a plated steel bolt.The supplied screws are rubbish, but sadly that seems to be the standard for most door hardware. I used normal 20mm wood screws.I fitted these to a couple of attic hatches i needed to secure.Not so cheap, but seem reasonably well made and a little bit different.

Short and sturdy
Decent bolts made of some kind of metal alloy and the actual bolts are made of steel.They're relatively short so are quite discreet when fitted but still reassuringly sturdy.Easy to fit but I did replace the supplied screws with longer ones for added security.Would definitely buy again.

Ideal
Need an additional lock for inside porch door. Bolt has a really nice weight about it. Easy to Install. Strengthen door, there is now no movement when pulled. Fantastic price and very speedy service. Also nice that the seller has followed up at every stage to advise product is on way, check it has arrived and that there has been no issues - which there hasn't been. Highly recommend.

Sturdy, well finished bolt
This is a very sturdy, well finished bolt. I have used it to secure an external opening bi-fold door. Overall very happy with this purchase, a little on the expensive side, but for what I used it for, worth it.
