Biology: A Global Approach, Global Edition

I had to purchase this book for Biology 1-3 in college. This is a much more affordable alternative to buying the U.S. edition. Same content, same edition, over $100 cheaper. The only downside is that because it's used, it doesn't come with an access code. If your course doesn't require the code, I highly recommend this book.

You can pay two hundred or more dollars for Campbell's biology book or you can buy the global version for about 40 bucks. It's basically the same book except some chapters are moved around. There are a few practice questions missing at the end of the chapters compared to the original Campbell's Biology 11th edition book, but overall for the price they are asking, I think this book is better.

The content is sufficient but this book is too heavy for it's cover to manage. For the price, the paperback cover could have been sturdier

This book arrived falling apart. It was supposed to be a new book and it absolutely was not. Really disappointed.

All in all it's OK, but the book was delivered crumpled and broken, which slightly disappointed me.

Ha llegado muy mal empaquetado, con una caja enorme en la cual el libro estaba suelto, sin ningún tipo de protección. Tenía las tapas muy dobladas. Por lo demás el libro muy bien.

Un libro approfondito e molto interessante, secondo me da 5 stelle e ....per tutti; l'ho regalato a mia figlia, che ha studiato biologia. Unica piccola pecca: è molto pesante e voluminoso, con copertina flessibile. Ho tolto una stella, perchè non era avvolto in plastica e perciò i bordi della copertina non erano impeccabili. La copertina flessibile di un libro così grande e voluminoso dev'essere assolutamente protetta.
