Yes, it is gluten free - it says it to the right of the main front label - do you see that little white writing? That says "gluten free" - I just checked my actual jar. Enjoy!

Based on consumer feedback, Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste was reformulated. It now has a milder heat level. We can recommend adding a small amount of cayenne pepper (1/4 teaspoon to the jar) or Sriracha to tasted to amp up the heat. ~ Erica
