If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered the APC Back-UPS BX600C-IN from Amazon on May 27, 2025, after reading the product description and packaging that clearly claimed it supports Smart TVs and gaming consoles. I trusted Amazon and believed I was buying a reliable product. But the moment I connected both my TV and gaming console, the UPS started beeping, showed a red light, and went into overload. It simply DOES NOT work for the very purpose it was bought for. Amazon’s response? “Contact the manufacturer.” APC's response? “It’s not compatible, we can’t help.” So basically, I’ve been sold a completely useless product based on false claims, and now both Amazon and APC are passing the buck. No refund. No replacement. Just scripted replies and no accountability. What’s worse? Amazon refuses to accept a return because “it’s a compatibility issue”—even though the box itself lies about compatibility. What kind of policy is this? Should I now test every product in a lab before trusting what your website or packaging says? This is not just bad service—this is customer cheating. My hard-earned money is stuck, and no one cares. Buyers, be warned: Amazon will wash their hands clean if a third-party brand lies, and you’ll be left frustrated, cheated, and broke.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 out of 5 stars — I’d give it 10/5!) I absolutely love this UPS! From the moment I started using it, every feature has impressed me. The build quality feels solid and reliable, and the performance has been excellent — it delivers clean, uninterrupted power without any issues. I use it with my home office setup and electronics, and it handles sudden power cuts smoothly, giving me enough time to save my work and shut down safely. The runtime and battery backup are better than expected, and the indicator lights make it easy to keep track of status at a glance. Setup was quick and simple, and the unit feels very sturdy and well-designed. I also appreciate how quiet it runs — no annoying humming or buzz. Overall, this UPS has exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable power backup solution. 10 out of 5 stars from me! If you want, I can also tailor the review for a specific audience (e.g., “for home office”, “for gaming PC”, “for studio/photography gear”). Just tell me!

I recently purchased the APC Back-UPS BX600C-IN for my home office setup, and after a few weeks of use, I'm quite impressed with its performance. Here's my detailed review of this UPS system. The first thing to note is the compact design of the BX600C-IN. It's small enough to fit under a desk or alongside your PC without taking up much space. The build quality feels sturdy, and the overall look is sleek and unobtrusive. The UPS offers a load capacity of 360W/600VA, which is sufficient for my home office setup, including a desktop PC, monitor, and a few other small peripherals. The three battery-backed and surge-protected Indian power sockets are a thoughtful addition, catering well to the local market needs. One of the standout features for me is the Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR). It handles the frequent voltage fluctuations in my area seamlessly, with a wide input voltage range of 145–290 volts. The transfer time (10 ms typical, 12 ms maximum) is quick enough to prevent any interruptions or system crashes during power cuts. The backup time varies depending on the load, but I've found it to be quite adequate for my needs. The 1x7.2Ah battery provides around 20 to 75 minutes of backup time, which is enough to save work and safely shut down my equipment. It's also worth noting that the UPS is generator-compatible and works well with low power loads like Wi-Fi routers and DSL modems, which is a plus for a home office setup. The cold start capability is another feature I appreciate. It allows me to power up the load just on the battery, which is useful during long power outages when I need to start my equipment without waiting for the mains power to return. One of the most pleasant aspects of this UPS is its quiet operation. Even during a changeover from mains to generator, the UPS remains silent, which is great as I am sensitive to noise in my workspace. In conclusion, the APC Back-UPS BX600C-IN is a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable power backup solution for a home office or home electronics. It offers a good balance of features like AVR, sufficient backup time, compact design, and quiet operation, all of which make it a worthwhile investment for protecting your valuable electronics against power interruptions.
