Oris BC4 Small Second Pointer Day is a modern interpretation of traditional watches for aviators. It is equipped with Oris 645 automatic calibre, a modification of ETA 2836-2. The movement performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 26 bearing jewels. A 38-hour power reserve is available for the convenience of the wearer. Hands and indices are luminous for improved night time visibility. Subsidiary seconds appear at 9 o'clock. The date display is located at 3 o'clock. A hand and a scale around the outer rim of the dial provide information about the day of the week. Additional useful features include Oris Quick Lock security crown, see-through case back and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating.
