It’s a low volume developer. It’s 6 volume, whereas a standard lift developer is 20 vol (and extra lift is 30 or 40). That means there is 1.8% peroxide in this formula. It’s to be used with demi-permanent color as it’s deposit only and doesn’t require the cuticle to be fully opened since the purpose is not to lift.

How do I use it to cover grays, do I use it with a developer and which one?

I have natural blonde hair that's getting darker and i want a s/demi-permanent color. i bought color touch 9/0 can i use this with it?

No, Wella Color Charm Activating Lotion is paired and used with Wella Color Charm Demi-Permanent Hair Color. You never cross lines or brands as they are not tested or meant to be used outside that Color Line. Wella Color Charm is our Prosumer (Consumer who knows more than using a box color yet does not have a license in Cosmetology.) line available to all consumers.

Color Touch is our professional Demi-Permanent Hair Color and is paired and used with our Color Touch Emulsion which is available in 6 Volume or 13 Volume depending on what you are trying to achieve as a end result. This is a professional line only sold to professionals and salons.

Hello I got my hair bleached for grey high lights and the turned yellowish can I use this with a light brown demi hair dye?

What you are describing to me is a color correction. Depending on the level your hair is at now and how dark you want to go you may have to fill the hair first and I would recommend filling it with a Demi Permanent and then finding a Permanent level and tone to go over to have an even tone and color throughout your head. This is really for a Color Specialist Stylist. A lot goes into color correction and without training it can be difficult to do on your own. 
With that said yes this is the developer you would use with our Wella Color Charm Demi Permanent Hair Color. You never want to cross lines or brands due to not being tested together or made to go together.
