Great seasoning, for Ribeye or New York on one side. I would add the Smoked Salt also from SMP as double rub complement. Need no more. Great to enjoy the natural flavor of the meat with a subtle touch of spice.

It arrived perfectly on time for the holiday ribs I was planning to cook, unfortunately I got "Mexican Seafood Rub" instead of Memphis BBQ rub. I Think that may throw off the ribs a bit...I think it might have been an in store packaging issue since the in house wrapper had the correct flavor on it, pics provided (plus an additional picture with a banana for scale of the jar)

Bought as a gift. Then I tasted it! Why didn’t I get this for me too? It’s delicious!

SMP makes some great stuff. Happy they are on Amazon now.

Applied rub liberally to baby back ribs and let sit overnight in the fridge. Indirect heated ribs on grill then some direct grilling. Rub has great taste to enhance the flavor of the ribs but not hot. Only used some BBQ sauce on side but didn't really need it.

It will enhance any bland meat or spice up ribs and chops. It’s not really hot, just a good spice.
