Been using plantronics products for years. This one though has a peculiar problem - i'm able to hear stuff on a call till it connects. Phone ringing at the other persons end etc. But once call connects, I'm unable to hear anything. Neither does the person on the other end. Tried with couple of different mobile phones so now i know its a problem with this device itself. does someone know the solution?also, dont know who named it as frustration free packaging. its the most frustrating packaging i've seen of a electronic product.

This is not connecting to Lenovo, Dell windows laptop. Connecting to limited mobile companies as well. Very bad in connectivity and sound. Noise cancellation even you cannot talk. Price is too high and product is even not worth of 100RS.

This is the second product I bought and the same model. First the seller is a worst and should be thrown out, i ordered the product somewhere in November 2021 and received the product in January 2022. The product was send to me in a brown box with only the charging cable and the headset. Next it stopped charging and was getting heated up by the end of March 2022. Was sent for warranty replacement received almost after a month. Again the product started malfunctioning, this time the problem was the headset used to get disconnected from the phone while being on a call. Again it was sent on the 29-08-2022. This time the headset was returned stating not under warranty. Now clueless as to what to do next .

I had purchased 2 numbers of this ear phone. But unfortunately, one got broken within 8 months. Kindly help. Photo attached

Product is good and I used it for around 2 years but after that its stopped charging and i was shocked to know from customer care that its battery can not be replaced nor it can be repaired if there are any other issues, if its stops working outside ur warranty period then u just have to throw it away. And paid 8k for an use and throw device, feel like m cheated and now they are selling this for 17k?? Unbelievable.
