Gorgeous and Sturdy
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I did picked the Stiga over the Joola because of it has better quality overall. The delivery was smooth and at the estimated time. Despite of it took almost 14 days to arrive. The assembly was straightforward. Was able go do it alone. Female 38 years. The table itself is sturdy and great quality. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go for it. I chose the advantage pro 25 as it has a thicker surface and the voice is more consistent. Will definitely recommend it.

Sturdy table
The build quality is great. There are no dead spots or uneven patches. The size is perfect. Fit for any garage and folds up to fit in small spaces. The stiga cost a lot of money, but the quality is great; it does weigh a lot, but functions well and rolls around, and the net can get damaged or fall off place. Even though it costs more than the average downstairs ping-pong table, it’s definitely good for the money. I can sit on the table without it breaking or even moving and it folds up so you can practice by yourself without anyone else. It doesn’t come with rackets, but if you’re looking for a quality ping pong table, for any place, this is definitely the one to get.

Great quality
This ping pong table is quick and easy to assemble. Well packaged, no damage was visible when it arrived. The table is sturdy, but can easily be moved due to the sturdy wheels. Leveling was a little hard to achieve, though not perfect it is functional for play. The kids are parents are enjoying playing and look forward to many more fun ping pong matches!

Good product for the price
I purchased the Stiga Advantage after comparing it to the Joola indoor ping pong table. The professional review writers said that the Stiga was sturdier in terms of weight and the wheels, so I decided that the $20 extra was worth it. The Stiga arrived in a large flat one piece box and was carried into my house by two deliverymen. My wife and I were able to push and pull the box, and then slide it down the stairs to the basement. Once we pushed it to the room in the basement, I was able to remove the contents myself. The contents were well protected by the packaging, so I did not have any damaged parts. There are two identical ends of the table that you assemble separately, and then bring together at the very end. In order to assemble the table, you basically just have to attach the 4 sets of wheels to the legs (2 on each table part). The instructions say to use a wrench, but it could have been better by giving the actual size wrenches that were needed. In reviewing other consumer reviews, I knew to get a 14 mm wrench and and 1/2 wrench. Those were the only tools I needed, as one is used to turn the nut the bolt on one end and the other to hold the nut in place. Once I had all 4 wheels attached, I had my wife help me turn over the two table parts, one at a time, and then pushed the two table parts together. I then unfurled the net and clamped it on both sides, which was very quick and easy. At first one end of the table was a bit higher than the other end, but after some adjustments to the knobs on the stationary legs I was able to make the entire table even. The instructions say that only 10 minutes is necessary to assemble, and while that is likely true, I took my time taking the pieces out carefully and making sure I was doing everything right. It probably took me about 1/2 hour to put it together, as I did it mostly myself.Once it was fully assembled, it was time to play. The table plays well for an entry level table at that price, and it is indeed very sturdy. It has a very nice appearance with the blue table top. Because the table top is thinner than some other tables out there, you will not get a huge bounce than those tables, which are considerably more expensive. However, we bought our table just for family play, not tournament play. Thus, the lack of a higher bounce was a sacrifice I was willing to make for this price. We've only had it set up for about a week, so I can't speak to its durability at this stage, but so far so good.

Excellent surface. This is not a cheapo table.
Overall assembly was not difficult, read instructions. One one edge protecting plastic part broke in transport it looks like. Tiny anomalies in the edges but nothing super significant, should be good for school or gym tournaments also, even college. Both halves meet up correctly, they did not for two or three days and then somehow straightened up on their own. Metal frame. Included net and posts are super easy to install and are very adjustable, and net has poles/rods that slide into the clamp poles.Packing and moving: It was superbly packed. The description says it weight more than 100 pounds. I thought that is an exaggeration. It is not. This table is VERY HEAVY. Amazon Prime left this in my garage. I unpacked it there and move it into the house with the help of a second person. One person should not attemp moving this. We moved the two halves separately, even then these were a bit heavy but ok to carry. Two halves would not be possible for us to move. There was soft foam between the two opposing surfaces, edges of box had this plastic protectors, and thick wood/cardboard lining protecting all around and top and bottom. The net and wheels are in separate boxes.Instructions: good instructions, once you assemble one wheel set, the rest is a repeat of that, very easy. Look at the instructions a few times, identity all parts. I used two wratcheting wrenches with two different sizes of bits to tighten the nuts.Overall very happy with this table, only wish I had a bigger house or space. It is easy to fold. Must read instructions, as they warn of the mechanism for folding unfolding can catch and get stuck, get damaged unless you follow proper steps. Locking and unlocking (the legs) properly very important for unfolding and folding the legs. The folded hinge should be flush with table underside area before using legs to unfold (when unfolding from vertical folder position). Once learnt it is easy.Wheels and wheel brakes are good and smooth, leveling is adjustable but mine did not need any adjusting. Wheel locks take some force to unlock,. I do not recall any instructions included on locking and unclocking wheels, but the unlock is a part above the assembly, you have to push it forward, away from you, from what I figured out. Please USE YOUR OWN GOOD JUDGEMENT about locking unlocking wheels or contact Stiga.I bought this heavy duty table despite the fact there were lighter, slimmer, thinner, more mobile tables available, but funnily they were pricier. There were one or two king of scuff marks, the box had seen a rough time during transport judging by extra tape here and there. There was a sticky spot on the table (could have been a sticker during manufacturing/building).The material is said to be particle board/wood. But it feels like a composite of some sort. Instructions say to keep away from dampness, water and heat. The white paint feels a bit raized, but doesn't appear to affect play. Now I just need to get people to play with me, and get them off of their %*& phones and tablets.I hope this information is useful. Please use your own best judgement and safety instructions or considerations while moving assembling or using this table. Thank you.
