This organic tart cherry powder is one of my all-time favorite products! If I could give it a 10🌟star rating, I would! I put a scoop of this beautiful pink powder directly into my mouth before bed and it tastes delish and melts like candy! It's very fresh and flavorful! Personally I use a metal spoon instead of the scoop that's included bc the powder can be messy and gets very sticky if it gets wet, but using a spoon works great for me. The health benefits I've experienced include restful, deep sleep and help with joint pain. This tart cherry powder makes me sleep like a baby - better than any other natural sleep product I've ever tried. (And I prefer taking dry powder over drinking a liquid before bed.) I also used to wake with gout-like pain in my hands/fingers, but this cherry powder really helped with that. Many people also use it in cooking or smoothies, but I keep it in the bathroom cabinet and find the scoop before bed to be just what the doctor ordered. I have been using this powder nightly for years, and it's the only tart cherry I'll ever buy! Worth every penny!

I have purchased 6 packages so far since I was recently diagnosed with gout and mild arthritis. Many doctors agree that 'tart unsweetened cherries' and/or tart cherry powder can reduce the amount of uric acid in a person's body. This has been very helpful to me because since I have been taking this product, I have much more flexibility in my fingers (and no more painful joint pain). This is likely due to the reduction in my uric acid levels since I have been taking this Tart Cherry Powder. Naturally, I still see my doctor regularly and continue to take my medication for arthritis, but I use this Tart Cherry Powder to enhance and augment my regular medicinal remedies. Best of all, it's fun and easy to take. I enjoy mixing it with various fruit juices or even sprinkle a serving of this on top of a vanilla ice cream dessert. It has a very mild flavor but it packs a very powerful punch as far as being a potent antioxidant.

The taste if the tart cherry powder was sweet and nice. This was the first time I purchased any tart cherry supplement, so not sure what to expect or whether it should taste more tart. I like that it is USDA certified organic, vegan, and non-GMO. It was purchased to help with sleep issues, but has not helped with that so far. To be fair, I just received it two days ago so may need to ingest for a longer period for potential sleep benefits.

This is awesome to take if you would like to have some extra vitamins throughout your day or like I do take it at night and it lets me have at least 85 to 90 minutes longer of restful sleep it really does the trick each and every time love it

This is actually delicious!! I just bought it for the potential workout benefits but I might end up using it in the kitchen more for popsicles, taffy, and beverages. Healthier alternative to artificial or natural flavors. With this at least you get some of the antioxidants and polyphenols in addition to the flavor terpenes. I will say, I would prefer if it came in a small tub but still for a pouch the packaging was easy to handle and the scoop was easy to find. Overall I like the product. Edit: Since buying this I've tried 5x tart cherry juice concentrate from another brand and it is a lot stronger than the powder in terms of flavor. I still love the powder, it really easy to use but it just doesn't pack the flavor punch the juice concentrate does. This is great in that you can add to baked goods and confections or use on the go in a protein shake. The concentrate can be messy and needs to be refrigerated.

I liked the idea of not having to transport big heavy bottles of juice and I can easily toss the powder packet into my backpack. However the powder simply has no flavor whatsoever when mixing one scoop with 7-8 oz of water. I don’t know if this is normal. I’ve been using 3 scoops for minimal flavor. Was hoping to get a lot more servings for the price but that’s not going to happen if I have to triple the serving size. Disappointed.
