Q: Are any of the balloons reusable?

I got the 30th balloon pkg and most of the balloons were useless/defective without a lip and could not be inflated. The number balloons seams ripped halfway upon inflation. I hope you get a better lot than I did.

Q: I don't have the helium gas. can i just fill with air? Does this kit come with a bomb?

it does not come with a bomb. you can fill the balloons with air, or you can also get a helium tank at Walmart for $25
