Q: How many bars are there?

There are 16 packages each containing 2 peanut butter cup patties

Q: Multiple reviews said the candy was dried out or "old" will the seller stand behind the product and due refund/replavemen if the product is dried out?

No they actually won't. I had a problem where the order was damaged upon arrival. They told me it wasn't their fault, however they "offered" a replacement/refund. When I said a replacement would be fine they said they were sending it out shortly. That was a month ago.
