Good product
This is an incremental rotary encoder. You can find documentation on KY-040 online. The knob also acts as a tactile switch when pushed. The packaging is a little flimsy but the product was received in good condition. Interfacing with Arduino is simple.

Poor quality...no quantity control
I order 2 no.s of the rotary decoder for a project, only god know who are selling these material, do they even check what they are packing n selling... Amazon this kinda experiences are increasing with these type of items.. Either the price is toohigh or we are getting something that is too poor in quality or either not functional
