What is the correct cleaner for venta airwasher lw25 ?

I have an even better cleaner for you! I have the lw25 and about every 2 to 3 weeks, I use soft cloths (worn out nightgowns) dipped in a bowl that is 1/2 warm water and 1/2 white vinegar! I clean my tile floors with the same cleaning solution because there is no soapy residue that you have to clean up! The dirty residue so easily wipes off and then I just wipe with damp cloth.....it is spotless and no scrubbing! I do use a narrow brush to get into crevices and dip the brush in the vinegar/water solution. Also, I fill a bucket deep enough to hold the rotator half vinegar and water and soak for a half hour and then scrub with brush and little pieces come out so easily. IN between cleanings, if there is some dirt in the bottom, I empty the small amount of water and spray Windex vinegar cleaner around the bottom and wipe clean. Saves you a lot of work a d keeps the venta cleaner for a longer time. Read up on white vinegar as a cleaning solution on the computer. when we were kids our mom made us use vinegar and water to wash our windows! The scent of vinegar doesn't last long at all!

Can this product be used for VS 207 humidifiers?

I have the LW15 and it works great. If your Venta is designed like the current models, I'm sure this product will be fine. Of course you can always call Venta CSD.

I have a Venta in my piano room. Is this cleaner safe for piano strings? I wonder if the vapor will corrode metals.

Only if your strings are adversely effected by air that has 50% humidity. I wouldn't think you could call air coming out of the unit vapor. Play away.
