Great multipurpose oil!!!
Works for everything bug related.I put this in a glass spray bottle with fractionated coconut oil diluted to 2%.When I spray it on myself the mosquitoes stay away completely. We even used it for a swarm of bees that was thinking of establishing a hive in our home. We had several bees in our house and they were coming inside through a crack in the foundation. Spraying this on them killed them immediately. Spraying it around and into the crack made them quit exploring this option for a hive. They never came back. It's also a great room deodorizer, a few drops of this in the diffuser along with some lemon and peppermint and your house smells all new - even after yuk smells like cat poo in the cat box (ours is super atomic stinky and can clear the house even when we scoop the box immediately after).

Worked well for a bug repellant
We had a backyard evening wedding and I was worried about mosquitos and flies getting on people. I researched natural bug repellants since I did not want the awful chemical ones and was ready to purchase several essential oils to make a recipe I found on Pinterest. I found someone suggesting this oil mixture instead of buying all the individual ones and decided to try it. Everyone loved it and it worked great. Several people asked me for the recipe and several asked to take a bottle home. I bought 2 oz spray bottles at the dollar tree, 2 for $1.25. They are in the craft section and they worked great.

Worked Perfectly In The Philippines!
My son went to the Philippines this last summer. He spent a week on an outer island 5 hrs from the nearest city/airport. Basically, in the middle of nowhere. It rained every day and humidity was really high. 80% of the time he was outside. Bug repellent was on the list but I didn't want him using all the chemicals. Plus, one of the girls that goes there three times a year said "Off" doesn't work well with these mosquitoes! Yikes. So I bought this nature shield essential oil and made a spray for him. He said it worked so well that a bunch of people from his group would use this INSTEAD of their store bought repellent! He just carried it around and sprayed it a few times a day all over himself (and everyone else!). He came home bug bite free! Thank you plant therapy! I recommend highly!

Bugs been gone!!
I Love this essential oil blend; it do keep the bugs off me for hours (spray all over me before I leave the house) and the smell very pleasing to me. I spray it in the house and outdoors. When family and friends come to the house they ask me what is the name of that wonderful fragrance? I giggle and just say Bug-Off and show them the bottle. This is just a wonderful product. Also it cheaper to buy this than all the essential oil blend that make-up this wonderful product.PS: Follow the instruction on the bottle and you can not on wrong. I also put just a little on my wrist straight from the bottle; I Love the smell.

Glad I bought this!
Love this combination essential oil. The price is great and it smells goid. I bought this to make my own version of the microbial Febreze. Febreze has so many things in it that aren't good for any of us to inhale and it leaves a buildup on whatever you spray. Unfortunately, sometimes you just need Febreze - one bottle lasted me for years. I found a formula to make your own, so I did, and I love it. I love how this formula smells and I can use it safely (responsibly) in my house where I have several pets. I would definitely buy this brand again...great product at a great price!

It smells really nice and natural and I would really rather not use ...
I want this product to work so much and I am still trying. I put several drops of this in water and made a spray. I went out yesterday evening when there are usually many Mosquitos. Despite the fact that I sprayed it all over my legs they still got bitten many times. Today I tried it again and did not get bitten. I am still trying to assess whether or not it really works. Perhaps I should put more of this product in the solution? It smells really nice and natural and I would really rather not use other products with harmful chemicals if this works.

It works!
I bought this to protect us from mosquito bites on our trip to Belize without the harmful chemicals. This stuff works. We hardly got any mosquito bites and when we did, it was when we didn't spray the insect shield on. It made a believer out of my husband. He didn't want to use this at first but when the mosquitos started feasting on him, he broke down and sprayed this on himself. He immediately noticed that the insects hovered around but didn't land on his skin. The witch hazel that I mixed it with even moisturized our skin. And since I love citrus scent, this is a win-win for me. Here's my recipe: I used about 10-15 drops of insect shield oil with 30 drops of jojoba oil in a 3 oz spray bottle, then filled the rest of the bottle with unscented witch hazel. (I added a few drops of carrot seed oil for sun protection too.) Shake the bottle to blend the oils before spraying on the skin. May reapply when needed.

keeps mosquitos off
I followed the instructions to dilute with coconut oil and create a bug spray. It smells very... GREEN. But it works. I'm back to enjoying my coffee on the patio in the mornings and figure the coconut oil base is a nice moisturizing bonus. I made two 4 oz bottles (80 drops of product + 4 oz coconut oil) and the bottle is 3/4 empty. Cost: $11 for this product + $10 for 17 oz coconut oil. I'll probably get 12oz bug spray for $21. So something like Off Deep Woods will be a little cheaper, but if you want DEET-free this comes out on top.
