Worked surprisingly well.
Heater wasn't getting hot anymore on a 2004 impala 3.8 with dex-cool. Flushed entire system until it was completely clear, reverse flushed heater core and found a bunch of clay like deposits in the fluid. Added zerex and water, and ran for about 4 hours total over a week. Flushed again and was surprised at the amount of additional gunk it removed. It's a good product in my book.

Works as advertised, definitely recommend using its worth the 20 to ensure that a bad coolant mix wont fry your radiator.
