I’m really impressed with the SY COMPACT Travel Umbrella! It’s the perfect size to keep in my handbag without taking up too much space, but when opened, it gives great coverage. The automatic open and close feature works smoothly, which makes it super convenient when you’re getting in and out of the car quickly. I’ve used it on both rainy and sunny days, and it holds up well against strong wind without flipping inside out. The UV sun protection is also a big plus, especially for hot days. The material feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy like some compact umbrellas.

It arrive well protected and on time. It is made well and the little button works well for opening and closing the umbrella. It is the perfect size for one person with it being strong enough to withstand a bit of a breeze. It is light to carry and collapsible enough to take with you in the move. It seems well made. We get some storms here in TX and it has held up. Kids have messed with it and it continues to work. The little bag to carry it in is soft and nice to keep it from dripping on other items in your bag. All in all super well made and super useful.

Wanted a shorter and smaller canopy low cost umbrella and this umbrella is good for my needs, it will work for my upcoming trip. It appears to have a strong support shaft and upgraded springs and stronger enhanced metal ribs, but also the metal tips are exposed and possibly have less attachment thread than needed - it would be easy to repair if the threads broke loose. It seems like an upgraded and inexpensive umbrella. It's not automatic shut, it's click to collapse. The umbrella has to be fully clicked shut (using both hands) to engage the re-opening mechanism to get it to reopen again. If the umbrella is already open (in the rain) and the button on the handle is accidentally bumped, the umbrella collapses automatically, and both hands (and strength) are used to get the wet umbrella to shut all the way before it can re-open again. Design is easily accidentally triggered to collapse in the rain The case was made of fleece terry cloth and washed up nice and is big enough to easily use for the umbrella. Unpackaged with no odor, but the umbrella and case were rinsed to remove the invisible manufacturing dust.

I got the basic black. Nothing fancy. Well made and functional and easy to fold and put up. What more can you ask from an umbrella. Good coverage for up to 2 people. Kids also can use fold and open easily. Good price for quality

I have purchased several of these as part of a high school graduation gift. The young women receiving them, based on their thank you notes, seem to really appreciate it. It is a gift kids don't think about when leaving for college. I like that it folds down very small to fit in their bookbags/backpacks. Nice quality and unique to each receiver of this gift as there are many designs to choose from. I will be purchasing additional ones this spring has graduation invites are received.

I had the same for several years. It is broken now - not always possible to open. It is fine for not strong rain. Compact and light.

This umbrella is super compact and feels sturdy with a good weight to it. It's also sooo beautiful. I purchased it for my trip to Portugal, and it is their rainy season. Unfortunately when I arrived at Cristo Rei and opened it..it immediately begin flipping on me in moderate wind conditions. To stay partially dry I fought the winds directions forcing it to flip back. It was definitely not fun. I've used it daily for a week and it flipped everyday except the one day the wind was low. I would still recommend it if you plan to use it in no wind but if it's windy conditions....you may as well accept the rain bc this umbrella becomes useless. Also, wanted to mention...if you're wondering about coverage..it covered me but did not provide enough cover for my bag I was carrying. Otherwise...it clicked open/ close very well but sometimes a wire/ bracket would not close properly and I had to manually adjust it.

J'en ai acheté deux pour mes enfants . Je cherchais un modele simple à ouvrir et à fermer, pas trop encombrant une fois plié et capable de rester au vent sans se retourner. Je les aient acheté en septembre, et j'ai volontairement attendu de bien pouvoir les utiliser dans des situations de pluie et de vent. Les petites mains de 8 et 10 ans ont eu du mal au début avec la fermeture, mais je n'avais pas compris qu'il fallait appuyer de nouveau sur le bouton pour une fermeture automatique... Donc un bouton pour ouvrir et fermer. Plié, il rentre dans la poche de leur sac a dos et n'est pas lourd. Déplié, il est grand et la qualité est au rdv . Il ne s'est pas retourné une seule fois face au vent , gros point positif pour moi. La poigne est agréable. Je m'intéresse simplement sur le choix d'une housse de protection en velours, une matière similaire au parapluie aurait été plus appréciable mais bon cela reste un détail qui n'impacte pas l'utilisation . Ravie de cet achat qui correspond à ce que j'attendais.

J'aime tout de ce parapluie : bel étui en velours, facile à ouvrir et à refermer. Mécanisme semble solide et s'ouvre un peu sec, il faut bien le tenir. Une fois fermé, se range bien dans un sac ou un fourre-tout, pas encombrant, pas lourd, mais on sent tout de même la qualité, pas super léger qui menace de casser à tout moment. Non pas du tout, ce parapluie est solide et bien construit. Je le trouve mignon et agréable à utiliser. Juste le bon format. Je l'ai utilisé lorsque j'attendais en file pour aller à une croisière, il est léger, facile à tenir et semble robuste contre les vents. Je crois que c'est un bon parapluie qui va durer longtemps.

I ordered this product because I want a compact, easy to carry umbrella as in my area it rains quite frequent. But when I got this Umbrella named SY COMPACT TRAVEL UMBRELLA, I was amazed because it was beyond my expectations. It was far more amazing. Furthermore, It is wind proof, easy to carry, Build Quality SUPER. So, Overall, It is a highly recommended Product and I will rate it 10/10 Stars
