Activation key dose not work
When I got the key code I followed the download instructions and when I entered the key it did not work. A message said expired to many uses but I just opened the package. Tried there customer service but got nothing. Contacted Amazon and they were very helpful.

This is the updated data recover software for Win 10
This is the updated version of the data recovery software that I have been using for the past 20 years. I have used this to recover crashed drives while working professionally in the computing industry.

What a waste of time and money|
Never worked. The Activation code never worked once. I contacted Stellar about the issue and their response was so slow that by the time they did respond (2 weeks or more) I had moved on to other issues. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT|||

Read the other reviews that support my claim that the software key is invalid, and then no customer support. This is a SCAM and should be removed from Amazon. Money and time wasted down the drain

Thanks Stellar for saving my photos!!
We had a hard drive that started to die that I could no longer access via Windows Explorer. This drive had some very important photos on it. We got Stellar Data Recovery and it really saved us. Even though Windows couldn't access the drive, Stellar Data Recovery accessed the drive and copied all the photos back to our new drive. It was great and a real life saver. The program is super simple to use. You don't need to be a computer technician to use the software. Even a novice user could navigate the software and recover files. There are plenty of videos online that explain how to use the software, as well.If you've ever lost files, you know it's an awful experience. This software is a life saver. For the money, it's a great value.

This product is not user friendly. It is very confusing, I was led to pay twice for the product, so I'm returning it for a refund.

I have used Stellar Phoenix numerous times in years past with great success. This is a newer version and is VERY disappointing. The user interface has been DUMBED DOWN and along with this, so has the underlying software! I want my money back.
