This stuff is fantastic for hair nails and skin. The pills aren't small but they're shaped well for swallowing. If you have trouble with pills you may want a liquid type. The dosage is 6 a day but the truth is that you need a big dose of biotin to get results you can see. You will not be disappointed! I've not had any stomach issues and the first 2 I take on an empty stomach. You can take with water or food. Your hair will start growing like a weed. I pair this with Horsetail Grass supplement purchased at Amazon which also helps with hair growth. I'm no spring chicken but I have great hair and no arthritic pain which is either from this supplement or the frankincense I've been occasionally chewing.

I have not used the new batch yet but have been using this product for years. I assume it is helping me but there is no real way to measure that. The product was packed well but not delivered to the location I have requested from Amazon.
