Single Origin Cacao in Tanzania is aged for two months in Bourbon Cask. This chocolate is finished with a little cherry cordial for a mature taste with a deep cocktail feel. Review: Very good I like the taste good quality Review: The taste is mild. It’s sweet but not too sweet. It doesn’t have milk so the taste is different, but I still look forward to it.

These bars appear to be high quality chocolate. IMHO, they are not sweet enough for my tastes - 72% cacao is the maximum for me.
