Really good supplement. But should be taken 3 months and after pause it

I’ve been using these for a few years, I’m a mum of 6 and they bring all sorts in! I used to catch at least 3 colds a year from them. Since using these I’ve not had any! I only take one a day or every other day. I’ve recommend these to family who also swear by them.

Very effective

I had been suffering with a cough since the end of November. Then over Christmas I came down with a cold on top and not wanting to be given antibiotics I decided to try a natural version instead. Within a few days I was feeling a lot better and after 4 days both the cold and cough we almost gone. I agree these are expensive for 20 capsules but you go and see your doctor and say he gives you 2 items that's going to cost you more than the £11 these cost. They are worth a try and at least you aren't having antibiotics to often.

I think these are of exceptional quality but they are very expensive for what you get. If I take two a day it will only last 2 weeks - I don’t think anyone in their right mind would pay £30 a month for these supplements. Plus two of them were crushed because the outer packing was crushed although I’m not sure if that was amazons fault or the manufacturer.
