I bought Crompton Nebula Antique Brass Decorated Ceiling Fan in Amazon and received the product with the damaged light holder, then I raised the grievance with Amazon Customer care team and made this replaced with the new one which got delivered in two days to my location Hyderabad. Thanks to Amazon and seller MERU SHIKHAR for smooth transition.There are many positive points in this product compare to negative.Positive Points:* This Fan looks elegant.* Assembling is not tough if you are Tech Savvy.* This added more attraction to my room.* Fan speed is decent. I don’t see any low speed issue as mentioned by other friends in their review.* One can easily operate the fan with pull chain though you don’t have regulator on your switch board.* Can be easily operated both fan and lights with separate pull chain controls.Negative Points:* Price of the product seems to be bit more.* Should have been provided the lights too with this product.I am attaching the video clip and pics of this product after installation.

The product is good but the chains for speed are nOt of good quality. It came out from the fan.

The media could not be loaded. Pros-Just one- Looks good..Cons-1) White blades have rough surface finish. It's a dirt magnet. To keep the white look, frequent cleaning is a must. While cleaning one has to use force which unsettle fans fit up. Screws need to be tightened and level needs to be adjusted.2) Lampshade is fitted just on one nut. It loosens over the time. Fan needs to be dismantled and even then it's not possible to tighten the nut correctly as no spanner can reach in the cavity.3) Inconvenient to use speed control chain. The chain is off centre and everytime you use it, it pulls the fan down and slowly the fan becomes loose at the joint of shaft and fan body. Frequent adjustment is required.4) Painted spring washers used for blades have already started rusting within 6 months of usage.5) If you use a regulator, it also deems the lights. However your can wire it to have different switches for Fan and the lights. It would be better to have separate light connection wire available with the fan electrical connection.6) Air delivery does not justify the price.7) wobbles a lot. Even after fitting using bubble level and fitting the fan levelled, fan wobbles like hell. Shaft can not be tightened from the top most point as just a pin is provided to suspend it to the hook in the ceiling.

I am reviewing this product a year after I bought this product. It works perfectly and really adds beauty to your living room.Points to remember :1. You can ask an electrician to install it. It's a bit complicated for a naive to install it.2. You have to buy the bulbs from the market. It does not come with the bulbs.3. No remote with the product. Controls are manual.4. Regular cleaning will maintain the shine for a very long time and it will work fine.Hope the review helps.

Overall product seems good but parts missing.. 3 Thread bulbs missing though in the descriptions it shown that clearly. Pathetic way of dispatching without any proper check for a product worth more than 7000Rs.. will rethink on review part if they sending the missing part

After having been using it for 2 summers now, I could say this is a reliable product. No issues at all till now, it throws a nice amount of air, no noise, looks good, and the 3 lights work great. Everything is perfect till now. Enhances the look of the room.

Let me help everyone by stating that the bulbs you need are e27.4 watts bulbs should be enough as there are 4 lights and also to keep in mind it has 4 blades not 5.Important note is that you should disconnect the regulator on your switch board otherwise it will give the impression that there are loose wirings.Since I got it at the end of November I cannot comment on the cooling effectiveness of the fan. I have no complaints, it looks and works as advertised. Got a brand new piece however one of the chandelier was a bit chipped, maybe the work of the delivery guy, as he put it down very roughly. Otherwise a good fan.
