Q: My drops are milk white and not expired. Are they good?

They are fine to use. I have been using these for 3 yrs and the drops have always been white. I checked with the pharmacy and they said they wer ok. Hope this helps.

Q: Is this product Preservative-free??

No, you will find that preservative free products are packaged in small, individual use plastic vials. SYSTANE® Preservative-Free Formula, an offering by the same maker is, as the name says preservative free and it does come packaged in the small vials. Opening the container of the drops gives a way bacteria to enter, so in my experience if the product comes in a container that is resealable, it has preservatives.

Q: can I use this while I have contacts in my eyes?

My doctor said to use "prior to putting in contacts." Check with your specific doctor.
