I bought 2 swinging chairs for my patio and bought this for one of them. I like how this one is able to spin all the way around, there is no chain getting caught, you don't have to spin back around to untangle etc. The kids love it, hubby loves it, I love it. I bought another one to replace the hardware on my second swing. This is the one to buy if you want to be able to spin around, or swing even. Easy to install, not bulky, very simple. We love it!

The media could not be loaded. Hex Bolts are what is sent. Not reg screws, so make sure you have the right tools. OR JUST USE SCREWS. But I went ahead and used the Hex bolts. Great product, and very thick. I got my kiddos swing hung in her bedroom and it will now hold at least 200lbs + Went into the attic and added a 2x4 and then drilled into that.

After doing some research I purchased this hanging kit. I like that it has a strong spring as well as the ability to turn 360 degrees. It’s worked great, but the carabiner that comes with it is not rated high enough and grinds on the other metal, making both marks and loud noises when on it. I asked around and bought a stronger, anodized 24kn rated one. Anodized are coated and won’t wear away the metal.

Great parts at a great price - I looked at Home Depot and for a lot more money struggled to even find all these pieces. The carabiner was just big enough to snap onto my hammock chair, but this also confirmed my suspicion that many other kits wouldn’t have worked (they seem to use smaller parts)! Glad I bought this one. Feels sturdy and the spring adds just a touch of softness/forgiveness when you sit in the chair; but I wouldn’t call it bouncy.

Best value for the money! I am using this as a mount for my son's therapy equipment in the basement. It is perfect! Once it was installed, which was super easy, we were ready to swing. I originally only purchased 1 mount because I was unsure but now I will buy another. I feel comfortable to let my 5 year old swing.

Works well. The screws it came with stripped when I tried to drill them into the ceiling beam. I decided to keep a 5 star rating, because the stripping may have been exacerbated by the weak power drill I was using. Bought some heavy duty sheet metal screws from Home Depot and the kit has been holding our swinging chair since. The design of the kit looks clean.

I did not use this product as intended! I did not use the included screws! I did however use liquid nail and hang it on my ceiling. I also used a light weight chain.. some generic "S" hooks and created my own hanging pot rack..
