ive struggled with insomnia the last 3.5 years and recently found out through a sleep study that i have obstructive sleep apnea. i have an enlarged turbinate on my right side that makes it pretty much impossible to breathe out of my right side. i can only breathe out of my nose at half capacity during the day too, which has reduced my sense of smell to almost nothing. I don’t have a CPAP yet nor have i gone to my ENT for surgery, so i bought these hoping for a temporary solution. right away i noticed a substantial difference in my breathing, and my sleep quality has improved immensely. they stay on all night, although you must endure the area is completely dry, as they don’t adhere well if there are any oils on your skin. i will definitely be purchasing these again until i’m able to find a more permanent solution!

I used to think bad sleep was just part of life. Turns out, I was basically trying to sleep while breathing through a coffee straw. Enter these nose strips, which I now keep on my nightstand like a tiny, sticky oxygen upgrade. You peel one off, stick it across your nose, and that is it. No smell, no taste, no learning curve. Within minutes, my nasal passages open up and it feels like someone quietly widened the hallway in my face. Breathing gets easier, airflow improves, and my body finally stops working overtime just to get enough oxygen while I sleep. The biggest win here is how much better I sleep when I can actually breathe. I fall asleep faster and wake up less during the night. I do not wake up feeling like I ran a marathon through my sinuses. It is not dramatic or flashy, it is just relief, which is honestly better. They stay on well through the night too. I move around a lot in my sleep, and these do not peel off or slide around unless I really mess with them. Removal in the morning is easy, though if you rip it off like you are starting a lawn mower, that is on you. The only downside is that once you realize how much better you sleep with them, you will absolutely notice the nights you do not use one. Sleeping without it feels like a downgrade I did not consent to. If you deal with nasal congestion, restricted airflow, or just feel like you never quite breathe well at night, these are a no-brainer. If you sleep perfectly fine and breathe like an Olympic swimmer already, you probably do not need them. For me, this is an easy 5 out of 5. I cannot sleep without these now, and I am completely fine admitting that a tiny strip of plastic changed my nights for the better.

These work very well, absolutely help you breathe and sleep better, so much less cumbersome that C-Pap type machines and the like. The only drawback is the glue type residue left on your nose, I expected some residue but can be hard to get off.

These things are great, but I find they stick too much to the bridge of my nose, so my little trick is to take the first half of the backing and tear off a small portion and put that right in the middle. That way when I take it off in the morning it comes off much more easily and seems nicer on the top of the bridge of my nose. But this is a great product, way better than using medicines or whatever.

I bought these on the whim to use up the rest of my FSA funds for the year. One of the best random purchases I’ve ever made! I have very, very, very mild sleep apnea, which I don’t really need it CPAP machine and it tends to be doing more harm than good. Tried one of these and noticed the very first night as soon as I put it on I was breathing better through my nose and they’ve increased my sleep according to my smart ring I get better sleep when I wear them. I was very skeptical, but these are legit. The only thing is occasionally they don’t stick well, even after washing and drying your face but maybe that’s something to do with my skin even though it’s not oily and runs on the dry side definitely worth a try though

I have used these Breathe Right nasal strips multiple times, and overall they work very well for improving airflow at night. Once applied, they noticeably open the nasal passages and make breathing easier, which helped reduce congestion and made sleeping more comfortable. The strips stay in place throughout the night and are easy to apply. In terms of performance, they do exactly what they are intended to do. The main drawback I’ve experienced is the adhesive. In the morning, after removing the strip, there is often glue residue left on my nose. At times, it can be difficult to fully remove—even after washing with soap—so it may require extra cleaning. Aside from that issue, the product is effective and reliable for nighttime breathing support. If you are looking for a drug-free solution for congestion or snoring, this is a solid option, just be aware of the adhesive residue after removal

These work great and the generic brands don't work anywhere close to these! The price is very reasonable. They are easy to put on, stay in place and do not irritate the skin when removed.

These work alright, but leave a sticky residue on my nose. They also tend to fall off while I’m sleeping. Not sure why. But they do the job for the most part.

Can give you a quick relief for your nose airways if one is blocked, I think this is gonna be perfect in gym or while sleeping, to help depend more on nose breathing rather than mouth when exercising.
