Does what it's supposed to
Does the job. If you want better tracking of soil moisture, can't go wrong with this.

Just indicative, not accurate
The device calibration is suspect. It is roughly indicative but not accurate. Trusting the device which showed soil as wet, I didn’t water but saw leaves drooping…once I watered, leaves were back to life. So soil moisture reading of the device as normal/ wet was obviously not very helpful.

Stopped working after few days.

The item I received was defective.. I returned it but it has been 10 days since I returned it and still haven't received a refund.. Amazon shopping is getting boring.
