The alphabets are well built and the magnets are good. It's good for teaching alphabets to kids who can identify at random and stick in order on fridges, wardrobes etc. The only downside is quality if container which has wood which chips of easily and becomes sharp and may lead to injury

Worth the buy. My son had dropped couple of alphabets in water and the magnetic effect of those were still intact even after 10 hrs in water.

These are high quality and very well finished letters. I bought the plastic letters before I returned and bought these. The back is lined up with magnetic sheet which works so much better than small magnet inserts that is usually the case with the plastic ones. And I like the fact that they used a sans-serif font. Letter recognition is easier with this font. My only concern is mold in monsoon since I live in an extremely humid climate. I am sure they will fair well away from the coast. I wish there were smaller supplement vowels available as a separate product that one could buy for the stage when the child starts making words.

Melissa and Doug is a very reliable brand in baby toys. These are no less. Perfect for the baby fingers and fits so effortlessly on the fridge or any magnetic surface. My baby loves the colours and feel of these. The best part... The magnet is attached as a strip on the letters... No way to peel them apart. Safest magnetic you for baby. I just love them. If you are planning to introduce ur kid to letters and he/ she is younger than 2 yrs... These are really safe ones. Just go for it.

Way too expensive for a set of wooden pieces.

This magnetic alphabets comes with a layer of magnet attached to the wooden piece and its design is the best Ive seen so far. The magnet power is kept in a way that toddlers can remove and attach them on their own. It would be great if we can have more vowel alphabets to play by forming sentence.

Very good quality, they are a thicker then the average ones you get from your store and the wooden box they come in is sturdy and good.

Good quality material. It has wood body but hard cardboard paper in the front. I like that it has a full magnet at the back. Good for toddler above 2-3yrs above.. but if you have a child that eats toys, I don't recommend this get the plastic one. I like the storage box it is made of wood with a plastic sliding cover. Very fast shipping I ordered April 6 and arrived Apr. 7 in the morning.
