Worth it.
This cutter was not cheap, but good stuff normally isn't. This wire cutter works like a champ. I bought a completely differently designed cutter previously to slice 8 inch thick 48" x 48" blocks down to two inches thick. The first version I bought lasted about 12 cuts. I returned it and ordered this job site version. I made a jig and attached it to a work bench top, and this thing sliced them like butter. It is well built, and made in America. I bought the Amazon warranty, just in case, but 150 panels in, so far not a single issue.

I saved $200 from going to a supply house
As the cuts were exact we made a jig and one man was able to trim 40 pieces in two days With us already owning one, we were able to perform a 10,000.00 dollar extra in 1 crew day! This is the only way to trim the styrofoam infill areas!
