Dissatisfied with the product
Not satisfied. Ordered product has bad performance, quality is very bad. When asked for replacement , got it in a day which is completely damaged and broken peice. Not at all worth to buy how much ever the cost is. Never seen this kind of replacement. Very disappointing.

Quality of the machine is good. Very easy to use. I had never laminated anything before. Instructions were easy to understand. Used it to laminate several important documents. It quick and easy. Heats up in reasonable time and starts laminating at a decent pace. Have no complaints so far.

Might be product is good from outside but plenty of loose parts e.g. fasteners are creating noise
Got replacement of earlier damaged piece but the 2nd one is also same, it's damaged from inside and loose parts making noise
