I think its good.
Knowing that a micronutrient is working is difficult. But as an athlete or someone suffering deficiency may take it as its essential for the body. I am taking it as a supplement as i work out a lot and need these extra nutrients. But i cant say that it's effective or not. It works at the micro level and therefore its effect cant be realised quickly. But these nutrients are necessary for bone strength especially when you are no longer young.

This is ridiculous product .. Causing gas and constipation... Worst product since it has magnesium oxide and not magnesium
