This product price is very Review / Complaint About ZKTeco LX50 I purchased the ZKTeco LX50 biometric machine two months ago, but I am very disappointed with the product quality and software support. The device quality is very low, and the software is not user-friendly. There is no proper guidance on how to download attendance reports. The product specifications were not clearly mentioned on the official website. When I contacted customer care, they told me to purchase an 8GB pen drive to download the software. This information was not provided before purchase. Overall, I am not satisfied with the product and support service. I expected better quality and proper customer assistance. low and

password not working
The equipement working fine. But the downloaded excel sheet is protected, not opening with manual given password 0000, 1234, 123456, 8888 etc. Even customer could not resolve it.
