Great product def gives you hearty stools and you may go several times a day but it’s nothing where you have to run to restroom .

I've been taking this every night before bed for about a week now. The results of being able to go the next morning have been great. I tried 2 pills one night and actually thought it might've been too much. These past 2 nights though I've woken up at about 4am cramping and feeling not great. Yesterday, I carried those cramps with me most of the day and I think today might be the same. I think I'll pass on taking them tonight and see how I feel. I don't know if maybe every night is too much or what. Maybe just for me 🤷‍♀️
