This company has been so helpful working with our family who all have MTHFR mutations. The follow up phone was very helpful as well and extremely informative.

They will send you a link to the results that is very difficult to access, and then once you finally get to it, the results are written in medical jargon that doesn't make sense to a layperson. They have a phone number you can call, but it's Pacific time and you have to call and leave a message for someone to call you back. I called several times and they always called back when I was working or otherwise unavailable to answer the phone. If they don't reach you the first time, they won't try to call you again unless you call back and start the process over. I played phone tag with them for a while and then gave up. They make it nearly impossible to get your results. I never got mine, so this test was completely worthless to me.*Update* Once I was finally able to speak to someone he was very helpful and kind.

I was able to get my results in about week and a half. The whole process was pretty simple. I really liked that they offer a phone call with someone to go over your results. They really went into detail over the phone about your results! It helped me get a better understanding of what they mean.I am considering getting it for my husband now too! HIGHLY recommend

I’m glad we got this done but the results took a while. But I guess for the price it’s expected.
