Could you explain why having bought this the instructions state don’t use on your face !!!
How thick are the needles? I know the length is 0.3mm however no indication of thickness? I heard they should not be bigger than 0.7mm
To be clear, in the instructions, number 2 states "do not use on face" caution states do not use more than twice a week on the face very confusing !!
