1. El producto que llegó no funcionó, defectuoso.2. Pedí cambio por producto igual el cual llegó muy rápido y este si funcionó, acierto del vendedor en solucionar el inconveniente.3. Hay que devolver el producto malo y tiene costo de envío cerca a 200 dólares, estos envíos no los debería pagar el comprador.4. Esperar que hecho el envío se me reintegre el valor del mismo por la plataforma.5. El producto se ve bien, falta probarlo.

Okay, this is simple...if you have shipping problems, packaging problems, the color is wrong, you've had a bad day... no one wanting to purchase this item needs to know these things, please! THIS IMPACT DRIVER WORKS! If you need to remove a tire, find the correct size included socket, put it on, apply force enough so the unit doesn't twist in your hand and pull the trigger. It will be loud as it hammers the lug nut off or when putting it back on. Use any of the the other attachments and you can take your vehicle body off of its chassis, disassemble your engine, whatever. It works perfectly and the value is there! So, to quote the Beastie Boys,"That's it, that's it, that's all there is."

The media could not be loaded. I can't believe that there's no one on here trying to set the record straight that it will take lug nuts off. I think it's just that most people don't use their brains and pay attention to what other people are saying like there's a guy on here who wrote a review and he said to push the big red button on the battery to turn it off of auto stop mode and puts it in free tourqe spin mode and that will give this thing enough torque to get the job done.

You get what you pay for - The battery will not stay charged enough when not in use and when it was it wouldn't tighten the lug nuts on my trailer enough - not to mention it wont break the lug nuts on my truck with out me taking a breaker bar to them first. Sad thing is I cant even return this now that its too late.So I guess I bought a 69.00 set of sockets. Do yourself a favor spend the money buy a Milwaukie

I have been working on my own car lately because I’m a single parent and when I take my car to a mechanic shop they always want to rip me off because I am a woman. So, YouTube and My Man just been taking care of business now. I have fibromyalgia so, I don’t have much strength in my hands. My Man comes to the rescue when I am having difficulty getting off nuts and bolts 🔩 Really like how compact it is and powerful. Love the light on it, it comes in handy.
