Perfect Size and Brightness for Everyday Carry
The Streamlight MicroStream 250-lumen rechargeable flashlight is exactly what I want for EDC. It’s small enough to fit perfectly in my Eberlestock Bando Bag but bright enough to handle anything I throw at it. The 250 lumens give plenty of light for searching bags, walking the dog, or checking gear at night without being overkill. Build quality is tough—Streamlight didn’t cheap out. The clip is solid, the switch feels reliable, and the USB rechargeable battery means no messing around with replacements. Battery life holds up well for its size, and charging is quick. It’s lightweight, compact, dependable, and fits perfectly alongside my EDC items. For the price, it’s one of the best compact flashlights you can carry.

Tiny beast
Short review: Buy it, its a great budget EDC flashlight that comes in handy. Small, light weight and bright. Also great customer service. Long ass review version: The item that I had purchased was the coyote tan brown microstream streamlight. This item is one of my personal favorite Every Day Carry item. I purchase this item because of the size, lumen output and clip functionality. I decided to go with the coyote tan because of its high beam first function instead of low beam first. I thought it would be a useful tactic to blind someone if you ever had to use it to defend yourself in a dark environment. This little light can brighten up a room and 250 lumens from this light can temporally blind people if it were to shine in their eyes. Since the on switch is a tail switch, you could a handgun in one hand and use the momentarily light function (half compression) in the other hand to clear the rooms at night. Although a dedicated gun light would service better but this is a great option if you don't have one. The light is small and light weight so it won't take up room in your pocket or wherever you decide to store it. The dual clip function is a great way to go hands free by simply clipping it to your hat and it small enough to hold in your mouth if you decide to do that as well. I must mention that it doesn't provide the best grip on a cap so I would steer away if you are doing extreme movement while having it clipped there. The button is a bit hard to decompress if you have super weak hands. But on the plus side, I have never had the light go on in my pocket which to me is a big plus because I want the light to go on when I need it and a dead flashlight isn't a useful flash light. As for switching it from high mode to low mode, its not that challenging to adapt to. USB charging is convenient if you have a portable charger or a wall outlet near by. If you are really depending on needing a full battery in the nick of time, just carry another LI-ION to pop it in and boom you got yourself a working flashlight again. I also put a glow in the dark rubber band around the flashlight, which is a great and simple modification to seek your flashlight in the dark when it sitting on your counter or if you happen to drop it. I will mention that the flashlight that I received had an issue. The first initial compression put the low setting first then but after that it would turn the brightest setting on. After a couple of minutes of non use it will reset to the lowest setting again when I would compress it again. But I spoke with Mark the costumer service manager. The item has a lifetime warranty and I was able to get my light replaced. So if you have an issue, I would advise that you speak with the costumer service team before bashing on the product as they do up hold great service. It did take awhile for a response but I will give them the benefit of the doubt since it was close to SHOT Show and dealing with whining costumers can be a pain. So with any retail member please remember if you are patient and courteous, I'm sure they will treat you accordingly. I think the streamlight microstream is a great item to have and carry. $30 won't break the bank either if it mysteriously dissappears. Hope you enjoyed the essay.

Worked for 6 years, and is small enough to fit a key chain
Amazing small flashlight that works in a key chain and fits nicely in your pocket. Is bright enough for any needs I've had in the past 6 years in all temperatures. The two lighting intensity options have also come in handy, and the brighter intensity being the primary one has been essential; only sometimes wanting to use the dimmer option by double tapping the activation button. By feeding a zip tie around the end of the clip area loop, you can then use that tight loop for a key chain and the flashlight will stay in place while still allowing for articulation in the key chain. The seal to the charge port has worked fine, even surviving half an hour in the snow after I accidentally dropped the flashlight there and later went looking for it. I haven't felt the need for another flashlight ever since I got this, and having it always with me with my key chain has been a positive in some unexpected scenarios.

Best small flashlight I’ve ever owned.
Great low-profile flashlight. Pocket real estate is at a premium for me, so the size of these is perfect. I often have to use my mouth to hold flashlights at work so I can use both hands, and this has been the most comfortable flashlight my lips have clasped. I use it everyday and I use it A LOT. I have to keep an extra one of these in my backpack because sometimes the battery runs out before my workday is over, but usually it lasts me all day. Love that it’s rechargeable. I used it for over a year before I noticed it started to die quicker. I just replaced the old battery with a new stream light rechargeable battery, and it was like new again. Still WAY cheaper than a flashlight that just uses standard AA/AAA or CR123 batteries. I work on cars, so I’m never using it for anything more than 6 feet away, but for my purposes, this flashlight has been the gold-standard I measure all small handheld flashlights against. The amount of brightness you get for the size of the flashlight is top tier. The pocket clip snapped and broke on my first one after a couple years, but like I said, I use this all day everyday. I’d still say the durability is great for the price. I had to remove the pocket clip on my new one and squeeze it with some pliers to make it clamp down tighter because it kept falling off my pocket. Since then I haven’t had any issues. Love this little flashlight. I went through about 5 or 6 small flashlights before I found this one. This one is better in every way. As long as the price doesn’t go any higher it’s a 10/10 will buy again when I inevitably lose mine.

Great light to fit in your pocket
Been running the Streamlight MicroStream for a month in my medic gear and it’s honestly one of the easiest lights to carry every day. Perfect size to fit in a pocket or gear bag without even noticing it’s there. The clip is a big win too—works great on a hat or pocket for close-up tasks when you need both hands free. Brightness is solid for everyday stuff and quick jobs, but the one downside is the reach. It’s not really built for distance, so don’t expect it to light up anything far out.

Impressively Bright, Battery Life is Okay
It works pretty well overall, the only thing is that the battery life is shorter than I expected. Bright mode is very bright but will only give an hour or two of run time it seems, it will also kinda glitch and flicker out at low battery. Can't expect too much for its size, it is extremely compact so if that's what you're looking for, it's a good choice! Only other gripe I have with it is the spring tension on the on/off button. It's kind of hard to press it all the way one handed to where it clicks and stays on. You can unscrew the cap and just have that white switch which is much easier to control one handed.

High quality Admin / Task Light
Great mini task light. Easy to use. One button push for low. Two for high. Click for constant on. Light output is good for its size. Enough to be usable. Good Hotspot / focus for a mini light. Rechargeable batteries is a huge plus. Power / battery life is good. Small form factor. Easy to carry in a bag or pocket. Takes up little space.

Badass Candle.
This is one of the most useful tools in my arsenal. I use it for EDC, and damn does it come in handy! I use it everyday. I actually purchased 4 of them so far because they are that good. Very bright, can be clipped to your hat for use as a headlamp, has two settings, lasts for hours, and it's rechargeable. What's not to love? I have 3 of the 4 flashlights left ('cause an ex-girlfriend stole one) and I purchased all in Coyote. Amazing little light! Be sure to charge it up before use/upon receipt so the battery reaches its maximum power, potential, and longevity. The oldest one I have still burns for 6+ hours and I bought it in 2021.
