This replica of a traditional Maori girl's or boy's flax Korowai cloak is perfect to wear over the Kapahaka costume. It features a top border of an authentic red, black and white design that includes New Zealand's national bird the Kiwi, surrounded by the Niho-Taniwha pattern (dragon's teeth) and the Baskets of Knowledge. The cloak is made from 100% cotton and adorned with traditional karure or tassels. The side is held together with a comfortable band of elastic. This versatile cloak can be worn several different ways.
