Best headset ever
It's very comfortable, works on all consoles, and has interchangeable parts. If your earpiece starts to fall apart. You can easily order new ones and attach it right to the headset with magnets. Also very customizable

Little things that are often overlooked
Pros:As an avid gamer I’d have to say that this headset and amp are a must have. For the price, it’s very hard to beat the combo. The headset is very comfy and can be worn for 10+ hours without any pain or discomfort. The speakers are top noch in terms of quality and noise canceling ability. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to step up their game and invest in a good product.Cons: on PS4, it doesn’t get very loud. Because there’s no way to adjust party chat volume or individual player volumes (like you can in discord) it makes it very difficult to fine tune the sound. The amp and app make it a bit easier but not as easy as I’d like. Also the mute/unmute switch broke on mine within 3 months to where I was always muted unless I pushed really hard on the slider in the unmute direction (contacted turtle beach and they sent me a new one for free) so not a huge deal, more of an inconvenience.Best of all:Because you use Bluetooth and an app to control the amp, it means you can listen to things on your phone and it comes through your headset (twitch streams, or YT videos) and it can use the mic in the headset for phone calls etc. You can even join a discord call on your phone, and still hear everything on your PS4 at the same time and the discord comes through your headset and uses your mic. It’s actually incredible.Final thoughts: 10/10 should buy. I think a good headset is 1 of the 3 things you need to have to remove the ceiling of potential to become a great gamer (good monitor and good internet are 2 and 3) but definitely should buy

Great headphones, so-so build quality
To start, I am a big fan of these headphones. They are my go-to for gaming and have been for years. Tried a few other sets, but I keep coming back to the Elite Pro 2's in the end. Pros first:Really wonderful, balanced sound that doesn't boom the bass and get muddy like a lot of gaming headsets. The sound is full and provides a lot of punch while you're in-game. Earcups feel nice, and are big and deep, so there's no risk of brushing up against the drivers while wearing it. The headstrap is fairly comfortable, but can get a little uncomfortable in longer gaming sessions. Not particularly warm or cool over the ears when worn, but due to the weight of the headset and the high-ish clamp force, you won't ever forget that you're wearing it. Microphone is very good and clear, and the included in-line on-off switch and/or volume control are nice.Cons next: Where this headset falters is in the build quality. The hinge where the earcups swivel is a weak point, and both of my first two sets broke here after about a year. The second set broke despite me being very careful to slide the headset on and off my head instead of pulling the cups away from my ears to remove it. Granted, I have a big head, but this is a pretty significant flaw for such an expensive headset. What I ended up doing with my third set, which I think is responsible for it lasting for 2+ years now, was to (carefully) grip the aluminum frame on either side of center and (carefully) unbend/flatten out the frame just a smidge. This reduces the clamp force but also effectively makes the heaset wider and puts less stress on the weak swivel joints. One more point of critique, and that is that the app if you get the super amp is pretty awful. It has some basic low/mid/high EQ and a few other features such as Playstation and Xbox/PC "modes" or presets, but it's the bare minimum of functionality. The set sounds nice on its own, so I would really only count on the app to fine tune the sound rather than transform it.tl;dr -- Great sounding set whose high clamp force puts undue stress on the earcup swivel joints and risks cracking over time unless you carefully "unbend" the aluminum frame a smidge to reduce the clamp force.
