I volunteer at the Humane Society and bought these to give to the cats in condos who were nervous or had been there awhile. I figure there's multiple benefits: something to cuddle with, the sensory experience of hearing/feeling the crinkle, for use as a kicker, something to chew on, and the catnip. Well, I opened them in front of my own three cats. I put one down on my bed, intending to bring it for a special shelter kitty, and my boy pounced on it instantly! The other two weren't far behind. Ever since, they've all been grabbing it and dragging it everywhere. They chew on it, sleep on it, use it as a kicker, flop it around. I would say these are a huge win. I'm testing them out with the shelter cats now.

My cat loves that she can cuddle with this and rub against it while taking in the catnip scent. She rolls around while holding this and enjoys the crackling sound. I like that it comes in a multi pack. I find that these are more long lasting than those catnip toys.

The cat really enjoyed it right away. I only got out one at a time. After the first had been used for a couple of days, he ignored it in favor of the bag the others were in. My guess is that these are sprayed with catnip oil, which evaporates. I have catnip plants, so if I rub a leaf all over, he plays with it again. And I'm really glad he's getting that aggression out on the toy and not my hand! He's glad he can be as rough as he wants without hearing "ow!". Some of the fur is coming off, after only a few uses, but doesn't seem to be causing any problems.

I like this product because it entertains my cat. As soon as I put them down on the floor, she began licking and rubbing her head on them.Only one thing I would change is the material that covers them. I don't think they thought a cat would lick it. It kind of worries me because it might get caught in her throat and she could choke on it or throw up from getting a hairball.

For my cats and they like them except for the red one. Lol I don't know what is different about it but all 3 cats don't get near the red one but do the others. The only thing is that the catnip doesn't smell very much to the cats. They only played a couple times and then they were no longer interested in them. They must have very little catnip and the smell to cats doesn't seem to last. They sniff it and they turn away from it. So I am taking a star away since the cats no longer like it.

Instant hit. My two cats didn't even think twice about grabbing onto these toys and start playing with them. My old girl, pictured, is swinging the toy around like a dog and having an absolute blast. Been hearing crinkling and stamping around all day. 10/10. Will buy again.

My cats went crazy when I first got them out of the package. They rubbed on them and grabbed them. Unfortunately that only lasted about an hour. They haven’t touched them since. The outside is made of fuzzy material. I was afraid my cats might ingest some of it, but since they aren’t playing with them I can’t comment on that.
