Q: What is the capacity of the two larger pots?

Hey, so the largest pot will hold 6 cups of water. the second larger pot will hold 5 cups. the large bowl will hold 3 cups. the little bowl will hold 2. hope this helps!

Q: would a solo stove fit inside this?

Q: can I use the stove with the standard 16 oz coleman propane bottle? (the green bottle)

It's possible if you purchase a propane adapter which I did myself and tested that it works using the coleman (green bottle) propane.

Q: what's the actual weight?

I dont have the actual weight. Don't think my scale would register it. But I would say that all pieces packed in the bag is about the same as a full can of soda or beer. After getting it I lugged it around in my Kelty Map 3500 every day for 6 days in the field and the days I was not in the field and was carring my pack with me during othe work functions I forgot to take it out as didn't even notice it was there. It didn't rattle around and was easy to clean in the field with a mini Scotch Rite sponge and water. Used it a lot and loved it.
