My husband loved using these! He's a blue collar worker and works outside so he uses a lot of electrolytes. He enjoyed the flavor a lot and I liked that he was able to stay hydrated and use less of stuff like Gatorade which is just basically colored sugar water IMO. I do hate that they're so expensive though. Had I not received the product for free to try out I would not have purchased these and at $45 for 30 of them it would not be something we'd be able to swing budget wise.

I needed electrolytes so these boxes of powder are perfect for small spaces and helps me hydrate during these summer months without taking up a lot of space and it is more environmentally friendly than bottled sports drinks. The flavor is strong and the taste is pretty good as well. The only issue I have is that the powder inside is very clumpy and hard to pull out of the package. I'm not sure why is clumpy. Zero sugar and no caffeine. Very good source of Electrolytes!

Low quality

It's very simple product which in the realm of supplements its a good thing. No unnecessary ingredients, good electrolyte balance, and taste is fine. Nothing to complain about.

It gets the job done - they are basic electrolytes (sodium/salt) with 10% of daily recommended potassium and 5% daily recommended magnesium and nothing else. The taste (melonberry), is unfortunately not great. There is no sugar, which is a plus. It's not a disgusting taste, it is drinkable. But you know how some electrolyte mixes taste great and also help by making you want to drink more water? For me, this is not that, it makes me want to drink less. So unfortunately while I will use what I ordered (reluctantly, in a chore-like fashion in order not to waste it), I would not order again.

Works well for hangovers, and stay hydrated. Great to take after a night out and in the morning when you wake up. Very tasty, and convenient.

It has a great taste, especially considering it’s mostly electrolytes. It also has a slightly sweet taste because of the Stevia added. Overall, I like it, but the ones I got were slightly clumpy when I emptied the package. Fortunately, it all came out.

Really good electrolyte mix. Tastes great and gives a good boost of energy. I like that there's no sugar or caffeine as it's easy to drink without ruining my diet.
