Great backup battery
All charged up and ready for action. I love the Maglite and having the extra battery makes it even better. Initial charge took 24 hours but then it charges in just a few hours. Keeps a good solid beam of light and plenty bright too. I'm hoping on getting many good charges out of this. I think Maglite is the way to go. I have always been very pleased with their products. They may cost a bit more but I always get years of great service out of them. Only once did I have a mag lite die and it was due to cheap batteries that leaked. From now on it is the rechargeable ones like this one for me.Tom

Just like the very first rechargeable battery I purchased
Just like the very first rechargeable battery I purchased, this one last for quite awhile before I have to charge it again. and with it in my Maglite Flash light, my flash light's beam is like a light saber!

Doesn’t work defective one
Received this and try to charge it and use it. It always shows red in color and never turned green. Tried with mag lite and doesn’t work with it as it didn’t charge. It looks like received defective one. Will contact amazon to return this

Didn't work, right out of the package.
I saw a couple of negative reviews, after the fact, that these used / renewed batteries for the ML125, which cost 1/5 of the price for a new one - are sometimes DOA. And yes unfortunately I have to add one more negative review. Don't buy these used ones. It arrived, fairly quickly, and looks fine cosmetically - but it won't charge, at all. The led light on the charger is suposed to turn green for a successful charge - but it never turned green. Instead I got nothing but a blinking red light - which means defective / no good. However, Amazon is still my favorite company by far, and I'm not going to ask to do a return / refund - it was only $7 plus tax and that's no big deal. Anyway, spend the $35 for a new one. That's the best way to go.
