I purchased the variant with the orange band in April and it was genuine. If you're concerned about getting what you pay for, then purchasing from the Vostok store via Amazon is likely your best bet. I purchase from a number of sites but have not had a problem with any of the three I've purchased via Amazon. Happy Watch wearing!
