Q: What size is the window for the picture? the description says "a3 (30x42cm)". a3 is 29.7x42cm (not 30x42cm). is that the window size or outer frame?

I measure the Inside of the frame as 29cm x 41cm. I think all these type of frames are the same measurements.

Q: What is the frame made of/coated with? I have one and would like to use Command strips to hang it, but they say they can't be used with vinyl.

They are to the best of my knowledge wood, quite light in weight as they aren’t more than 15mm wide and the Perspex is also not the thickest so assuming your wall is dry - I would I’m done you’ll be fine.
