This in my opinion is one of Ecoflow’s better implementation. It is expensive when compared to other window air conditioners/heater combinations, but it is light weight (about 40 lbs.) compared to other heavy air conditioners, and for tent camping, it is beneficial for a good night’s sleep when temperatures are in the high 80s or 90s.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Researched heavily. I have worked in the HVAC industry. I am certified. I actually saw a utube where the guy took a wave 2 apart. It’s a mini Heat pump which means it can do heat or cool. This unit does what it’s supposed to do. I have seen complaints about cooking tents in 100 degree or more. Rule of thumb. No matter the situation an efficient system can only cool 20 degrees lower than ambient. That’s the best scenario is if it’s 90. Then maybe 70. But tents are not insulated. So it’s all about directed air to keep you comfortable. This machine is incredible. It cost a ton with the battery but the battery is LifePo4. Well worth it

Ran it for the 1st last week on our boat. It is working very well.

Purchased the ecoflow wave 3 from amazon Us. Had it forwarded to my country. I didnt expect that the unit would be non functioning from the factory. Error 38. The fan on the cooling side is completely jammed up. And will not move . I was surprised that ecoflow doesnt have a global warranty, as per their explanation. So i have to fly the unit back to them at my Expense. Which will exceed $500 usd. By the time it’s delivered. So, in the end, i will have to spend over $500 to get my $800 refund on a unit that never worked. I decided not to try a replacement unit. Because there is no guarantee it will work as well. I have purchased many ecoflow products before, and currently aswell. Now i am afraid that i will not have any customer support for any of their products because i live in central american country. And this Makes any warranty support non existent unless i send it back to the US. Very disappointing. Not sure if ill be supporting this brand anymore . If not using in the US, Buyer Beware!

Would choose 0 stars if possible The unit rattles like crazy ive had it for maybe a week and this has been an on and off issue since the beginning. Not only that but it really doesn't help keep the vehicle from getting hot or tent like its been advertised as and its been shutting off by itself for no apparent reason. No fault not the water being full literally no reason. Way to much money for a useless item. Unless this this is defective I would have no other explanation other then its just junk. Id think twice before you buy. Ps. customer service hasn't even gotten back to me at all really think twice on this one
