Why can’t you turn off the beeping? Very annoying.

is there anyway to stop the beeping no instructions beeping is nerve racking

I just purchased this item and it dosen't work with my ptz security camera I turn everything on the ptz camera powers up and transmits good video and completes its self test just fine then I enter into contoller CAM 001 and it works for maybe 10 seconds just fine and then quits it automatically turns and points towards the wall and will not do a dam thing doesnt respond to any inputs wont move, zoom, nothing and will not access the menu for the camera . Is there a tech support i can contact?

Product arrived and looked like it had been reboxed vs. new. The RS485 connector was missing. I had to order a replacement seperately. No users manual other than a cheap illustration. Have not sucessfully set this up yet. Willing to change the rating if a manual is provided. Cost was good.Update: I have been using this controller for about 2 years now. Just swapped out for one that came with a manual. It works if you can experiment enough to figure it out. It does what it needs to do, just not very intuitive.

Needs a on/off switch for beeping sound a bit loud.
