Q: Are these made in Mexico?

yes they are made in Mexico. I have previously bought from Wal Mart and they were made in Honduras. Ones from Mexico are a much heavier material and not near as comfortable as the ones from Honduras. Faact is I will not buy any more.

It's not a flare but they are bootcut. My husband wears them with cowboy boots.
