Q: are arm rests 4 ways or height only?

All of our V2 Leaps have the full function 4D arm rests, which go up/down, slide forward/backwards, and pivot in/out.

Q: Is there any difference between the chair I would get here versus from the website? Same refurbish process?

No difference at all - same process, and ships out directly from our facility here in Greenville, MI :)
